In today's job market, candidates are applying to more positions than ever before. With tools like ChatGPT and Swype, applicants submit to hundreds or even thousands of jobs without much thought. Everything looks the same.
This flood of applications has raised the stakes for recruiters and HR teams, making it increasingly difficult to identify qualified candidates. Great candidates slip to the bottom of the pile and you keep getting pinged on Slack about mediocre, but well networked candidates.

After a candidate applies, we’ll send them a link to a short (5-10 min), optional, audio-only asynchronous screening. You’ve already set the questions and grading rubrics (which we help you write) so after responding, each candidate is scored and their responses summarized.
We’ll automatically sync that information with your existing ATS or other online tools like spreadsheets, Airtable, or Notion. You can also set up custom Zapier events, web-hooks, or email notifications for certain score thresholds, or we’ll set them up for you.
All our plans include unlimited responses and the same access to our friendly and accessible (Slack, Email, Video/Audio Meetings) team.
