8.4. Liability Cap: Our total liability to any customer company for any and all claims arising out of or related to the use of InterviewEveryone.org shall not exceed the total amount paid by that company to us in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Customer Responsibility

9.1. If you are a company using InterviewEveryone.org for interviewing purposes, you acknowledge and agree that:

- You are solely responsible for the proper use of the Web App in your hiring processes.

- You will ensure that all questions and information shared through the Web App comply with applicable laws and regulations.

- You will not use the Web App to discriminate against applicants based on protected characteristics.

- You will indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims arising from your misuse of the Web App or any violations of applicable laws in your hiring processes.
